Employment Paystubs from the last 30 days

Tax Documents (W-2 Forms & 1040s) from the Past 2 years

All bank statements from the last 2 months (All Pages)

All Retirement Savings Statements (IRA/401K), if being used for transaction

Current Photo ID

Social Security Card

THINKING OF REFINANCING?

(REFINANCE APPLICATION)

Most recent mortgage statement

Most recent Tax Bill for all properties

Employment Paystubs from the last 30 days
